Sun Valley Wellness Festival 2018
We will explore the astrological influences impacting us now and in the near future with the intention of finding a healthy way to adapt to these times of change and uncertainty. Powerful transits have moved into Taurus and Capricorn which peak in early 2020, favoring big business and corporations—with power, control, and money moving to the few at the top. By the end of 2020, there is a major shift towards Aquarius with the public sentiment moving towards humanitarian, altruistic interests and leveling of wealth distribution: a social-cultural Renaissance. What to do in the meantime if as a person who cares for human rights, the environment, or simply wants to live in a kinder, more compassionate world? We will use activities from my new book on meditation to focus on ways to keep our hearts open and spirit strong during these challenging times.
