The people have spoken, and the Pokemon VGC is back for another year! All you need is your Nintendo 2DS/3DS and your Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon game and you'll be able to challenge OMGCon's greatest in fierce double battles! Basic Rules: -Double Battle -Pokemon must have Alola symbol, showing they were caught in the Alola Region -If a Pokémon has regional forms, both forms may be used. -Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, Magearna, Marshadow, and Ash-Greninja are not allowed. -No team can have Pokemon with duplicate Pokédex numbers -No Inappropriate Player names or nicknames -Mega Stones are allowed -Z-Crystals are allowed -All Pokemon Set to Level 50 -5 Minute “Your Time”
