Sailor Moon all-natural multipurpose crisis makeup; you may use it on your lips, cheek tint, or as a perfume, nail conditioner or lotion! Instructions 1. Choose your compact 2. Choose your scent & color 3. Think about what the main use would be. For perfume or lotion, I would personally use less color. For lip or cheek tint, more color, etc. 4. Add 2-10 drops of essential oil. Mix well. 5. Once you pour into the compact, do not touch, so it dries completely & flawlessly. 6. You may add additional sparkles or confetti at this time. 7. Do not touch for at least 1 hour & then it’s ready to use.
