Summary: It is important for an organization to identify what they need and why they need it without focusing on a technical solution. The what/why understanding should begin at a strategic level and continue as business requirements are abstracted to lower levels. This session will provide attendees with easy-to-use methods to assist the business in quickly identifying and quantifying their need (the what and why) while also initiating the tracing of requirements.
