Manu is another rising star in Hollywood, having first garnered the attention of fans everywhere by playing Crixus on Spartacus: Gods of the Arena and Spartacus: War of the Damned. His fine work on Starz! allowed him to land an incredible opportunity to work with Peter Jackson, since Manu was featured in all three parts of the Hobbit trilogy as Azog. But he is of course most recognizable for his work as Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke on the hit show Arrow. Continuing with his successes his MTV-based Fantasy short-run series the Shannara Chronicles has garnered critical acclaim and been recently picked up for a second season.
