The sixth annual PalmCon Costume Contest ​will be bigger and better than ever before! You must pre-register and fully complete a PalmCon 2016 Costume Contest registration form in order to participate in the contest. Forms will be available at the PalmCon booths (01-03) at the front of the hall.
