Science Talk: The SABRE air breathing rocket

The UK is invading space!!!
Large projects in space require inexpensive access to the final frontier. This talk will briefly go over cheaper ways to get into space, look at the private companies which are lowering costs to space (such as Space X). Then we will look at a new UK’s firm “Reaction Engines”. They intend to make an air-breathing rocket, the SABRE engine, which would allow a completely reusable, single stage to orbit vehicle.
