CSFFA Business Meeting

An important Canvention event, the CSFFA Annual General Meeting is where the current CSFFA Board of Directors presents details about any conventions bidding to host Canvention two years in the future. After some discussion, a vote is held in order to select the hosting convention for that year.
Canvention host locations generally alternate between the western and eastern sides of Canada, so any bids under consideration for 2020 will most likely be, like VCON, on the western side of the country. Some other western conventions that have hosted Canvention in the recent past include: Keycon, Winnipeg, MB; and When Words Collide, Calgary, AB.
