Bridging The Expanse-Cibola Burn

ROOM 704/706 - SciFi/Fantasy TV/Film

Friday May 31, 2019 - 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm

THE EXPANSE is an incredibly exciting, bold, and ambitious space opera that has taken viewers out of the Solar System into the galaxy in Season 4. Did humanity take light into the darkness or did we find more darkness and it was humanity? We have gathered together a stellar panel to explore this question and more. The moderator of the panel is Michael Pea (staff writer for Friends of CCI and über fan). He will lead a panel of extraordinary fans-John Arko (analytical chemist and newbie fan), Scott Sutherland (XML standards architect and Holden cosplayer), and Stetson Lee (IT professional and fan extraordinaire). These great panelists will lead a lively, interactive discussion with the audience about Season 4 and the past seasons. Is Amazon a better home for The Expanse? What about the major questions posed by the series? What happened to the builders of the Gate system? What does humanity find among the stars? Where are the other inhabitants of the Ring system? How does the Ring affect politics in the System?
