Being an educator is *exhausting.* Any educator at any level will tell you that there's no tired like teacher tired. What keeps us going (aside from seeing our kiddos' become their best selves!)? Letting our nerd flags fly! In this session, Cara will discuss the current data on teacher mental health, what steps are being taken, and what teachers can do for their kiddos, their classrooms, and (most importantly) themselves to help decrease their stress and increase their enjoyment.
