Life can be hard. From big picture issues such as political discord and global warming to personal tragedies and loss, all of us know what it feels like when life spins out of control. Any one of these instances can cause debilitating anxiety, fear, anger, or confusion and these emotions can leave us feeling lost. Thankfully, we're not alone in our trials. Following on the footsteps of last year's panel which provided a road map through trauma, this years' panel comprised of predominantly professional women, will specifically delve into the stories of some of our most beloved heroes and heroines to discover how we may glean unique strategies for our specific traumatic experiences.
