Star Wars Enthusiasts of Houston Fan Group presents a fan-driven discussion on the amazing female characters featured in Star Wars movies, books, comics, games and animated series. The iconic women of Star Wars have inspired countless females in their own personal and professional lives for over 40 years. These leading female characters include Queen Padme Amidala, Princess Leia (General Leia), Jyn Erso, Ahsoka Tano, Rey, Asajj Ventress, Luminara Unduli, Sabine Wren, Hera Syndulla, Rose Tico, Captain Phasma, Admiral Holdo and Mon Mothma, as well as Legends favorites Mara Jade and Jaina Solo. Many of us grew up admiring them. During this session, we will examine why.
