Join us for Laughter Yoga. It's based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.

Regular Laughter Yoga sessions have been proven to boost your immune system, improve sleep, and according to some experts, a minute of laughter is equal to 10 minutes on the rowing machine.
