Come play Geek Jeopardy! Based on the hit game show JEOPARDY! with Alex Trebek, our game will focus on all topics geeky, from comics to film and TV fandoms. The game is played with topics displayed on a giant screen, is run via laptop, and the players will 'buzz in' to answer questions with supplied buzzers. The event is hosted by two emcees who act as game show hosts and entertain the crowd. Three contestants will be chosen from the audience via raffle tickets handed out upon entry to the room. Those three will compete for the grand prize of full weekend passes to MileHiCon, Starfest and DCPP 2020 (purchased by us) The runner-ups will win prizes from Barnes and Noble, Harkins movie theaters, Cave of the Winds, Denver Zoo and Natural History Museum, Alamo Drafthouse and the Colorado Model Railroad Museum. Throughout the game, door prizes will be given to the audience using the raffle tickets handed out upon entry to the room. The prizes will be from the aforementioned partners above.
