For Halloween this year, CineFix is taking a world tour of horror tropes and we’re starting with vampires! We’re looking at the best blood sucking movies of all time, highlighting the ways the classic movie monster is used differently around the globe. The piece looks at everything from the gory and lonesome violence of Sweden’s Let the Right One In, to the folklore inspired jiangshi-kung fu films from Hong Kong and of course the mockumentary brilliance of What We Do in the Shadows.
