Fantasy is an oft-misunderstood genre. Whether its being fused with science fiction or looked down upon as only its European “roots”, its sometimes hard to figure out what exactly fantasy is. Luckily for us, fantasy also allows people to define it as they see fit. As an introduction to this panel, we will discuss the fantasy genre at large and what fantasy means to us.
