Virtual Tabletops as a Creative Nexus

Leviathan Theatre

Sunday December 12, 2021 - 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

More groups than ever are using virtual tabletops as part of their games - this growth has fueled a renaissance of opportunity for creators to produce innovative digital content which game-masters can easily incorporate into game sessions. Likewise, powerful software features empower artists, musicians, writers, storytellers, and streamers to design immersive collaborative storytelling experiences which engage players and spark imagination. Together the community of software developers and content creators form a creative nexus resulting in innovation which pushes beyond conventional pen-and-paper. The makers of Foundry Virtual Tabletop are joined by leading digital content creators to discuss this growing space and showcase how technology empowers creative storytelling. We'll talk about state-of-the-art content creators are producing, share perspectives on how new creators are getting started in this ecosystem, and share inspiration you can bring back to your own games.
