Come learn Magic: the Gathering in this great New Player event at PAX Unplugged 2021! Pre-Constructed Planeswalker Deck, Deckbox, and Sleeves INCLUDED! On top of all these great perks, one of our helpful Magic Judges will be there to help you from the beginning all the way to the end of your event.
What is Magic: the Gathering? - In the Magic game, you play the role of a planeswalker—a powerful wizard who fights other planeswalkers for glory, knowledge, and conquest. Your deck of cards represents all the weapons in your arsenal. It contains the spells you know and the creatures you can summon to fight for you. Trading card games like the Magic: The Gathering TCG combine collectable cards with a strategy game. You don’t know what you’ll get in a Magic booster pack. You just start a collection and trade with other players to get the cards you want.

REGISTRATION DETAILS - Register at www.PastimesEvents.com or at the Pastimes Events HQ in Hall D. Please check in at Pastimes Events HQ at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Entry Fee: $15.00
EVENT DETAILS - To participate you will need a Wizards Account, the MTG Companion App installed on your cellphone (Apple Devices or Android Devices), and a PAX Unplugged 2021 badge for either the day of the event or all 3 days.
Constructed Event: A random Planeswalker Deck will be provided for you!
Rounds: 4 rounds of twenty minutes. Each match is best of one.
PRIZES - Prizes are per player, per round.
