John Anthony will emcee the Masquerade Parade starting at 10:30pm! Come join in the Masquerade Parade and walk the KC LIve! stage with your cosplay friends! Noone under 21 admitted after 9pm. However, if you arrive before 9pm you can stay in the KC Live! venue!
