Have you ever watched a balloon artist at an event and wondered 'How do you do that?!' In this instructional panel, an award-winning balloon artist will guide a select number of participants in the whimsical art of basic balloon sculpting. Watch and participate as Bruce Carr aka No Ordinary Balloon Man as he uses knowledge of fandoms and entertainment to create a fun environment to guide con-goers through the process of making simple balloons. Each participant in this interactive panel will receive a balloon pump and a small number of uninflated balloons to create at least one design they can take home after the panel. Note: Limited to 10 participants, however spectators may watch and ask questions. For safety, please do not hand balloons directly to children under 3.
