As a black content creator in the streaming space, it has always been apparent that the experience is a different one for us. June 2020 was a time when the traumas and discrimination of black people came to the forefront in a major way. This left black streamers in a difficult position to suddenly be recognized due to many tragedies that lead up to this point.
