Four African-Americans at NASA discuss how they are involved with making today’s science fiction become tomorrow’s reality. They will also talk about their career paths and challenges, share their thoughts on how they got there, and give their thoughts on the keys to recruit and retain more African-Americans in careers at NASA through mentoring, outreach and other approaches.
