The most frequently requested information when it comes to building Gundam model kits (or Gunpla) is how to add custom panel lines to the model kit to make it look rich and more detailed. The class will cover the following topics - Basic concept of panel lines and how to design them on the Gundam model kit. - How to apply/add custom panel lines that you designed on to the model kit. - Alternate tools to scribe panel lines if you can't find the name-brand scribing tools. - Other simple methods to add elements that convey mechanical details to the Gundam model kits. The class will consist of live demonstration of the concept. Attendees will be provided handout literature. It is possible to have an option for limited number of attendees to purchase tools and materials so that they can get hands-on experience while following along with the demonstration. About the presenter: My name is Terry and I have been building architecture models professionally for over 10 years. Building and customizing Gundam models is an extension of my architecture model making experience. I am also known for my highly detailed Gumdam artwork and illustrations. My work is featured as a monthly sticker for the past two years with USA Gundam Store, the largest Gundam model shop in the US. My background as an architect gives me a unique perspective when it comes to designing mechanical details in my artwork and model making.
