Customizable to all levels of fitness this class is designed to give you the theory, the exercises, and the tools to train on the go and under your own body weight. Repetitive motion and strength training, both common in fighters, leaves combatants vulnerable to sprains, strains, and long term skeletal damage if not balanced with flexibility, endurance and developmental control. In this class you be shown a number of conditioning and stretching techniques to balance out your training regiment and increase mobility, both in order to decrease the likelihood of an injury when training does not go to plan, or even in a real fight. Most exercises taught are adjustable to all levels and you’ll even learn how to train your splits.
