This class in its 4th year is a product of Peace Thru Power Self Defense helping empower ones self with confidence that you can learn to defend yourself and also learn environmental knowledge to help in situation s of how to prevent or avoid unwanted attacks A violent encounter can happen at any moment. This class will focus on dealing with a violent attacks from both armed and unarmed assailants So often we take for granted our environment and situations we are in not expecting that at any moment at any given time someone could break that barrier of safety that we feel. The focus in this block of training will help lay a ground work of skillsets to build upon in order to build confidence for yourself
