The Maker Studio is a children and family maker space within Science City at Union Station. It exists to inspire guests by exposing them to tools and techniques, as well as teaching them new skills. As part of 'sounds of science', guests will construct spin drums from cardboard, yarn, masking tape, pony beads, and construction paper to make a rhythmic noise.
