Location: KC Live! Party Stage – 13 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106 Cosplayer and all Planet attendees are encouraged to come help us takeover McFadden’s Sports Saloon in the P&L District! McFadden’s is hosting Planet attendees with a GALACTIC COSPLAY GLOW PARTY! Black lights, neon glow wands, neon body paint and cosplay will be in vogue at this party! Bring your cosplays and light up the night with neon glow wands! If you have neon paint, our black lights will bring out your bright side! McFadden’s will supply glow wands until they run out! McFadden’s will also offer a Lightsaber drink special and BOGO bottle service. The Planet party continues, just outside McFadden’s, as we celebrate the annual Cosplay Masquerade Parade at 10:30 pm on the KC Live! stage (sign-up begins at 9:00 pm). This annual event provides cosplayers the opportunity to strut their stuff on the KC Live stage! It’s not a contest, it’s just for fun! All attendees are encouraged to come enjoy the party, take advantage of Drink specials and get their dance on with DJ Joe, a Planet favorite! DJ Joe tells us he has a special guest coming to this one, so you don’t want to miss it! Details: No one under 21 will be admitted after 9:00 pm. However, if you arrive before 9:00 pm you can stay in the KC Live! venue. Generally speaking, the downstairs venues at P&L have no cover charge. Upstairs venues, except No Other Pub, do have cover charges. If you cosplay, we prefer you do not bring props. Most props will be checked at the door. Admission to the Live Block is free but is controlled if the crowd reaches capacity. (It usually does)
