Will Call will be located in the Irving Convention Center Lobby at the entrance from the ICC parking garage.
All pre-ordered passes (including Weekend, Single Day, VIP, Press) must be picked up at Will Call prior to entering the event. Complimentary child passes for kids 12 and under must also be picked up here.
