This class will cover the fundamentals of what you should do if you find yourself fighting for your life on the ground. You will learn the basic ground positions, best ways to escape those positions, what to do if your assailant is striking your, or even if they are armed. The focus of this class with be on how to escape a dangerous ground fight situation and recover to standing. This class will be active, so come ready to work and move- but will still be taught in a fun explorative format.
