Develops relaxed grip for better control with both offensive strikes and defenses. Facilitates and develops smoother moulinet / redondo / circulo techniques as well as feints and reverses with both sticks and swords. Techniques explored will include — — · Forehead and Reverse Heaven / Standard / Earth 6 count drills and 8 count drills including Roof block 6 , Point Thrust 6, Umbrella 6 · Redondo / Moulinet / Fleurete · Abanico (fan) quick flip change of direction techniques · Forehand / Backhand Spinning Combo (both sticks & swords) · Cross / Uncross double stick parry combinations (also stick & dagger / sword & dagger) to catch or pass attacks from all angles
