Close Quarters Combat, commonly called CQC is the realm of combat employed by military soldiers, law enforcement S.W.A.T./S.R.T. teams, and elite-level bodyguards. This course, taught by Master Instructor Carmine Downey will cover the most brutal and effective close-quarters techniques and defenses for person-to-person combat. This course will include techniques from Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Army H2H combat, and Judo (anti-throw defense), to provide you with a no-nonsense program of self-defense.
