A violent encounter can happen at any moment. This class will focus on dealing with violent attacks from both armed and unarmed assailants through the use of Close Quarters Combat, commonly called CQC, the realm of combat employed by military soldiers, law enforcement S.W.A.T./S.R.T. teams, and elite-level bodyguards. This course, taught by former Military/Law Enforcement Master Instructors Carmine Downey and Tim Anderson will cover the most brutal and effective close-quarters techniques and defenses for person-to-person combat. This course will include techniques from Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Army H2H combat.
