It will address how you can discover and access more joy in your life and how to become aware and let go of what blocks your joy. Agapi will help you shift into new beliefs, thoughts and actions so you can tap into your joy and let it infuse everything you do. She will conclude the workshop with a heartfelt guided meditation and you will leave with a joy buddy to help keep you accountable in doing more things that bring you joy.
