Comicpalooza 2017
The Live Art Auction is an evening event where participating Comicpalooza artists are invited to donate their time and creativity to create distinctive pieces of art not only for an evening of entertainment, but to raise money for charity. Convention attendees are invited to participate in a silent auction for the art pieces as they are being created. The number of artists varies from year to year, and come from a variety of creative backgrounds, including painting, drawing, and even baking! Proceeds raised by the Live Art event are donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star.
