Trolling, sexism, elitism, body shaming, and gatekeeping. Did anyone predict this would infect a culture based on acceptance and a mutual love of a "nerdy" topic? Nerds have been bullied since the term got coined and banded together to find a community that accepts them. That community has changed, being a "nerd" is cool now, those that used to bully are accepting the new culture and the bullied are now the bullies. What can you do?
