(GT11) We Make Games Look Good - Warren Tech

Room 607 - Sci-Fi / Fantasy

Friday June 30, 2017 - 3:30 pm to 4:20 pm

Have you ever tried creating a character of your own, whether they were fictional or nonfictional? If you haven’t, then there is much to learn; however, through this panel, we hope to share the complexities that go into creating a character that has story, depth, and yes--character. There are many things to consider; is the character going to be part of a written story? What if they are going to be in a comic or video game, how would they look? As artists and writers alike, we hope to ease the process of making original and unique characters to the point where anybody could leave understanding that a character consists of much more than just a name. It can be a difficult process but with enough creativity and open-mindedness, extraordinary things can happen. So...who will you create?
