This panel will explore the ways in which the comic book format allows students to work on internalizing grammar structures, in English, with a special emphasis on the conceptual grasp of overall grammar expectations in English for ESL students. This panel will interrogate the ways in which grammar instruction is internalized by students by deconstructing English Standards based on state rubrics and student work.
