Some authors are lucky enough to have their books developed into TV series and films... or are they? Sometimes the fame and fortune can be a burden - does the production negatively impact the writing process? Do the producers have any influence on the direction of the book series? Do the rigors of being a technical adviser slow down the writing process? (Looking at you, Mr. Martin) and if so, would we rather you just be left to write because we love your books so much?
