Table Applications for 2023 Cincinnati Comic Expo Application Details

New for 2023 and beyond! Artist and Crafter Table applications for the Cincinnati Comic Expo will be filled out, reviewed, and then accepted.

Spaces are extremely limited. The best of the best will receive invitations to attend and participate.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Invited exhibitors will have one week to respond and complete the application. Unfilled spots or developing vacancies will be filled on case-by-case basis over the course of the upcoming year. This change also means that there will be no refunds after your application has been accepted and paid for. Previously, we allowed table occupants to resell their table to someone else. Since the replacement would have to be approved by our committee, we cannot allow you to sublease the space to someone else. We believe these changes will make our spaces stronger, our event stronger, and in return, make our exhibitors stronger, more competitive, and better for all. All exhibitors are welcome to apply.
Exhibitors wishing to bypass the application process and/or guarantee themself a space without the wait are welcome to sign up for an exhibitor booth, where the review will not be a requirement.
