CPAC 2024 Artist's Alley Application

If you're interested in a table at CPAC 2024, then you've come to the right place! This year's convention will be held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, in Secaucus, NJ from April 27th to April 28th, and setup for the convention begins on April 26th. Please read carefully below:
space will cost $140, and will include one (1) table and one (1) chair. Additionally, you will need to purchase a 2-day badge for yourself ($35 for artists). Parking will be free. You can only purchase one space, so if you'd like more space, you should apply for space in the Dealers' room. If you wish, you may purchase up to three (3) additional 2-day badges for table helpers, each for $35. You will receive one (1) extra chair with the purchase of any number of additional badges for a total of two (2) chairs. More chairs can be provided during the event if necessary.

Artist's Alley Policies

  1. Artists are required to sell both days, and are not permitted to pack up (or put a tarp over your booth) for the night before AA officially closes to attendees. You are not required to man your booth at all times, but we cannot assume responsibility for any stolen/damaged items if you do decide to leave it unattended. Please let us know if you anticipate a conflict!
  2. You can share a booth with a friend, but please submit their portfolio/website if you plan to table together. Up to 4 people are allowed to be at a table at a time.
  3. We are not allowing photography in the artists / dealers room this year.

Additional Info

Table Dimensions: 6 ft. by 2 ft.
If you'd like, you may bring your own chair. Just make sure whatever you bring doesn't invade other people's spaces.
Badges: Artist badges are an additional $35 per person

  • You MUST purchase one (1) for yourself
  • A maximum of three (3) additional badges may be purchased
  • We will include the total price for the number of badges you want in the final invoice, so you do not have to buy your badges through Growtix unless you are buying extra after January 17th, 2024.

*For artists sharing a table:*

If you plan to share a table, pick one person to be the main contact, and have them fill out the contract. In the contract, other artists should be listed as "helpers", but a link for each artist should be included in the application.
