CPAC 2024 Dealer's Room Application
If you're interested in a table at CPAC 2024, then you've come to the right place! This year's convention will be held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, in Secaucus, NJ from April 27th to April 28th, and setup for the convention begins on April 26th. Please read carefully below:
A standard space will cost $380, and will include two (2) tables, two (2) chairs, and two (2) two-day passes. A corner space will cost $75 in addition to the cost of space (total $455) and will include two (2) tables and two (2) two-day passes. One (1) chair will be provided for each badge purchased. Additional chairs can be provided upon request. Parking will be free. If you wish, you may purchase up to four (4) 2-day badges, each for $35.
Dealer's Room Policies:
- Dealers are required to sell both days, and are not permitted to pack up (or put a tarp over your booth) for the night before DR officially closes to attendees. You are not required to man your booth at all times, but we cannot assume responsibility for any stolen/damaged items if you do decide to leave it unattended. Please let us know if you anticipate a conflict!
- Music and disruptive noises are not permitted as part of displays. If you are told more than once to lower any kind of sound, we will have to ask you to leave CPAC 2024, and you will not be invited back to any subsequent events.
- We are not allowing photography in the artists / dealers room this year.
Table Dimensions: 6ft. by 2ft.
If you'd like, you may bring your own chair. Just make sure whatever you bring doesn't invade other people's spaces. Badges: Extra dealer passes are an additional $20 per person.
- Two (2) come with each purchased space.
- A maximum of 5 additional badges may be purchased.
- Discounted rate for dealer badges is only available until January 9th, 2024. You must purchase a regular single day or weekend pass from our GrowTix page past this date.
- We will include the total price for the number of badges you want in the final invoice, so you do not have buy your badges through GrowTix unless buying extra after January 9th, 2024.
Additional tables are available for $20 each and electricity wire drops at $25 each. Additional chairs can be provided upon request.
The application will close December 12th, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
