Friday, May 22, 2020: 8:00AM – 10:00AM

Friday, May 22, 2020: 11:30AM 8:00PM

Saturday, May 23, 2020: 9:30AM 7:00PM

Sunday, May 24, 2020: 9:30AM 5:00PM

*Please Note: The first 30 minutes listed, the Exhibit hall will be open to VIP pass holders ONLY.

The move in and move out times above are for the convenience of the Exhibitors. All Exhibitors must be in place one hour before the Dealers’ Room opens to the public and check in with the Dealer’s Liaison. Please make sure to check in and pick up your badges on the first floor of George R. Brown Convention Center at our Exhibitor Check in area and have your GrowTix booth confirmation email available.

Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

If the exhibit area is not claimed by 12:00 PM on May 22, 2020 the exhibit space will be considered abandoned and available for purchase and setup by another Exhibitor. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Comicpalooza. Please see the section on our cancellation policy for details.

Comicpalooza reserves the right to remove any material left behind and place it in storage at the Exhibitor’s expense or dispose of items left as abandoned. All Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own labor and staffing. Comicpalooza volunteers are not available to help with Move In/Move Out or the setup of any merchandise in any way, nor will the George R. Brown Convention Center staff. The Move In/Move Out of exhibits must be through designated loading docks, freight doors and freight elevators. The main lobbies, side doors, escalators and passenger elevators are not to be used for such purposes.

Exhibitor Refund Policy:

Generally, cancellation of booth space is not permitted, any cancellation must have the prior written consent of Comicpalooza, which consent shall be in Comicpalooza’s absolute discretion. A 50% non-refundable deposit is accepted at the time of purchase with the final payment of 50% required by March 30, if not received, the booth will be resold.
