By submitting this application, I understand that this is solely a request for space. This application for space does not guarantee me a spot on the show floor for Denver Pop Culture Con 2020. I understand that even if I was accepted in previous years, I am not automatically guaranteed a space. All applications go through a review process by show management.

Ø Booths are non-transferable.
Ø Corner Booths and Islands are typically in high demand. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone's request for space.
Ø If accepted to exhibit at DPCC 2019, it is required that you apply for and obtain a Special Event Sales Tax License for both the City of Denver and State of Colorado.
Ø The Exhibitor Application must be a representation of what would be displayed at Denver Pop Culture Con 2020.
Ø Each application is a request for space and not all applications are accepted. DPCC does utilize a wait list. The wait list does not transfer over from the previous year.
Ø Displays shall not obstruct the light, view, or space of others.
Ø No music is allowed on the show floor. (Exceptions can be at a request through DPCC show management.)
Ø Denver Pop Culture Con’s show dates and floor plan fluctuate because we are subject to the Visitors Bureau and the Colorado Convention Center and based on their availability.
