Writers Block Application Details

APPLICATIONS CLOSE ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2023, AT 5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME.

APPLICANTS WILL HEAR BACK ABOUT THEIR APPLICATION BY THURSDAY DECEMBER 14, 2023.

Writers Block is coming back to Emerald City Comic Con! It's a special section of tables for writers of prose books. It's a great opportunity to meet fans, build your brand, and sell your books. You must have at least on book published (indie or traditional); participants will be curated and NOT chose on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Writers Block Tables:

  1. Writers Block is curated and not first-come; first-served.
  2. Please limit your application to one author submission; we cannot accept applications from publishers or other group submissions. (If you are a publisher and would like to participate in Emerald City Comic Con, please see our Exhibitor Information Page.)
  3. All writers who are accepted will be invited to purchase a 8’ table with two chairs and two exhibiting badges for $420.
  4. All Writers Block participants agree to staff their tables all four days of Emerald City Comic Con (February 29 - March 3, 2024). 
  5. If selected, you will be required to pay in full through a secure payment link by Friday, January 5, 2024, so please plan accordingly.
  6. If accepted into Writers Block, you agree to all the terms and conditions for participation in the event, which can be found HERE!

Like everyone else at the show, ReedPop's authors, writers, creators, professionals, artists, exhibitors, and panelists are subject to our harassment policy not only as fans, but also during event presentations and while exhibiting.
