MCM Writers Block Application Details

Welcome to Writers Block! Are you an author looking to build your brand, meet new fans, and sell your work? This new exhibiting area is specifically for writers of prose books. If you’re interested in exploring the Writers Block opportunity at MCM Comic Con, please fill out this application form.

Writers Block Tables:

  • Space is limited and applications will close on Friday 4th August 2023, 5:00pm BST.
  • Writers Block is curated and not first-come, first-served; the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table. 

Instructions for obtaining a Writers Block table: 

  • Fill out the above table request form (this is not a contract). Registration will close at 5:00pm BST on Friday 4th August 2023. 
  • Please limit your application to one author submission; we cannot accept applications from publishers of other group submissions. 
  • We will contact all authors by 5:00pm BST no later than Monday 21st August 2023 with the status of their registration. 
  • If your request is accepted, you will then be sent a payment link and further details no later than Monday 28th August 2023. 
  • All authors who are accepted will be welcome to purchase a full 1.82 meters table and two badges for £200 (plus £15 VAT). You must pay in full by Monday 28th August 2023 in order to reserve your space, so please plan accordingly.
