What is MidxMidwst?
An event for all who love art, music, the outdoors and fun. MidxMidwst is a mural arts and culture festival that is focusing the creative energy and talent of our carefully curated artists and musicians into this one-of-a-kind regional event. There is a reason Springfield has received national recognition for being a great place to live, work and play and we want to spotlight what makes our city special during this two-day event. 

We're reaching throughout the midwest to pull art lovers and adventure seekers from across the region. Estimated to pull several thousand attendees, we're looking forward to showcase the best our area has to offer. 

Expectations of Vendors if Accepted:

MIDxMIDWST is committed to creating a sustainable and environmentally responsible festival. We will expect all vendors to join us in this effort to reduce waste by, but not limited to, the utilization of recycling bins, responsible disposal of grease waste in provided grease disposal bins, and proper disposal of food in supplied compost bins.

  • Hours: Must be committed to being open during the following dates and times. 
    Saturday (9/10) and Sunday 9/11) from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., the option for vendors located in our eFactory Village to remain open for our Xtended hours from 6-10pm on Saturday 9/10 is available.
    Vendors will be expected to arrive for setup between 8-9:30 a.m. on Saturday (9/10) and begin teardown between 6-7:30 p.m. on Sunday (9/11)

  • Vendor Fee: $75 - $250 per booth; dependent on location, electricity needs, and business status (Individual, Not for Profit, Corporate)

  • Permit Requirements: A city permit license must be obtained if selling any goods.
    Proof of permit must be provided to MXMW no later than August 15th, 2022


Tents, tables and furnishings are to be provided by the vendor.
Sites with electrical hookup access are limited but available at a premium rate of $150. 
We will notify you once applications have been reviewed, no later than July 30, in order to provide status during the selection process. Once approved/selected, vendor dues will be payable by a provided link.
