This is an application for a vendor booth on the main vendor floor of RetroWorld Expo. Please answer some questions about your business. RetroWorld Expo attendance in 2021 was over 6,000 attendees and continues to grow annually. Attendees come from all over the country with majority coming from the surrounding areas CT, MA, NY, RI, VT and NH. Our attendees rate RWX as one of their favorite expos in the area and many come back year after year.

In our year end surveys our attendees indicate that the number one reason they come back to RWX is for the vendor marketplace. Our marketplace is made up of over 160 spaces with a mix of video games, tabletop, toys, collectibles, pop culture, indie developers, artists and handmade crafts. Vendors who come back each year say that RWX is one of their favorite shows and we sell out of vendor space each year.

We use Demers Exposition Services for all set up such as pipe & drape, chairs and tables. They are on site the weekend of the event for any additional needs that you might have such as additional tables and chairs or other items that may need to be rented.

We strive to make each vendor's experience a great one and work with each and every vendor to make sure they have a great weekend. If you have any questions regarding being a vendor please contact Kris Krohn at

After your purchase you will receive an email confirming your space options. We send out a detailed packet to all vendors several weeks before the show with info on parking, your space assignments, load in/out and other pertinent info to make your weekend a success.

VENDOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you later realize you are unable to attend we will do our best to try to backfill your space and offer a refund but make no guarantees.


We have special rates that we personally negotiate each year at the Marriott Hartford Downtown (attached to CT Convention Center) as well as the Hartford Downtown Holiday Inn (0.7 miles away).  There are limited rooms available through > hotels to get our special hotel rates. We suggest you book your rooms early as discounted room blocks do sell out. There are also other hotel options on our website throughout Hartford that are available.

Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

Electricity and WIFI is sold to Vendors directly through the Connecticut Convention Center (CTCC) Services team.  

Pricing for Electricity for your space starts at $90 for access to a single 5 amp outlet. Each vendor space at the CTCC has the option to add power.

Pricing for WIFI starts at $25/day and a wired connection starts at $50/day. Prices are subject to increase.

A representative from the CTCC will reach out to you to process your payment for Electricity or Internet Access or to further discuss the options.

In order to be in compliance with the State of Connecticut, it is recommended you apply for a Connecticut Sales Tax Permit.  RetroWorld, LLC is not responsible or liable for remittance of vendor's CT Sales Tax.  All Vendors are responsible for filing their own sales tax returns with the State of CT.  CT Sales Tax is 6.35%
