Retro-EX vendor spaces are
open to quality vendors or exhibitors who wish to make available for purchase
and/or enjoyment of videogame themed, nerdy, geeky, pop-culture works of art,
costumes, accessories, jewelry, gadgets and gizmos, literary publications, demonstrations,
and other appropriate merchandise as approved by the board of Children's
Community Charity. You may be asked to submit photos of your booth and/or
merchandise so that we may determine if your business is appropriate for our
audiences.
Set-up is allowed
(TIMEFRAME). If you wish to set up earlier you must receive special permission.
Advertised hours for merchandise sales will be (TIMEFRAME); (ADDITIONAL TIME
SLOTS). Exhibitors also have the option to stay open later than scheduled on
Friday, Saturday and Sunday if they wish.
Exhibitor Application Deadline is (TIMEFRAME). Applications may be accepted after that date if space is available. Spaces are limited, so please send in your applications as early as you are able. Children's Community Charity reserves the right to refuse an Exhibitor application for any reason, particularly if the merchandise or service being offered is not in keeping with the Retro theme.
Exhibitor Information:
All spaces are a minimum
of 6 feet deep x 8 feet across the front. Additional space may be provided
subject to availability.
Exhibitor and Vendor fees
for 2018 are $50 per table, and $75 per booth.
Missouri State Sales Tax
must be collected and properly reported by Vendor. Instructions for collecting
sales tax are on the Missouri Secretary of State's website.
Exhibitor set-up may occur
any time before noon on Friday, September 7th, 2018.
Booths may not be shared
unless work is collaborative.
Display furnishings such
as tents, tables, chairs, shelving and display units must be clean and
professional in appearance and in keeping with the Retro theme of the expo.
Tents must be secured with
weights depending on your space.
No trailers or motor
vehicles will be permitted on UCM campus between (TIMEFRAME) on the days of the
event.
No portable generators may
be used. *Electricity is available for an additional $10 per space (this is
OPTIONAL, not required).
By submitting your application you are agreeing
to the terms and conditions of Retro-EX as set forth by Children's Community
Charity. Children's Community Charity and its affiliates will retain the
right to use photographic images taken of vendor booths and merchandise for the
sole purpose of promotion of Retro-EX, Retrograde, and other charities
involved. Exhibitors retain all rights to their artwork and merchandise.
