Once your application is approved you will receive a link to place a deposit or pay for your booth space in full. This can take up to 5 business days. If you indicated on your application that you are also planning to attend Snowbound Festival Rockies please make sure to also fill out that application so that we can process your application at the multi-show rate.
Once we receive full payment our team will work with you to confirm your location in the Snowbound Festival Exhibit Hall.

Only 2021-2022 SIA members will receive the discounted rate, so we highly encourage you to become a member today.

Once your payment is received in full the Snowbound Festival Team will work with you to confirm your booth location on the floorplan.
Please note that a 5 amp electric drop is only included with the purchase of a Premium Booth Space. Standard booth spaces require exhibitors to order their own electric and any additional items they might need directly from the venue provider.
