We are looking for vendors selling the following items Video Games, Collectibles & Toys, Pokemon, Magic, YuGiOh, VHS, Artists & Handmade Pop Culture Related Items, Anime, Indie Video Game & Tabletop Developers, Vintage T-Shirts & Clothing, Cosplay, Authors of material related to the show, Arcade Machines and other Pop Culture related items.

Vendor Floor Hours open to the public:
Saturday 10am - 8:00pm (we do have an early access to some attendees at 9am)
Sunday 10am - 5pm (we do have early access to some attendees at 9am)

Day before the show: 12pm - 8pm
Saturday / Sunday (day of the show): 8am - 10am
SoCal Gaming Expo continues to be the premiere gaming expo in Southern California and has grown year over year with approximately 6,000+ attendees. Attendees come from all over the country to experience a truly remarkable weekend of fun and gaming. The show has been a staple for the gaming community in SoCal since 2015.
One of the main reasons attendees love SCGE is for the vendor marketplace. Our marketplace is made up of over 160 spaces with a mix of video games, tabletop, toys, collectibles, pop culture, indie developers, artists and handmade crafts.
We use a third party event company for all set up such as pipe & drape, chairs and tables. They are on site the weekend of the event for any additional needs that you might have such as additional tables and chairs or other items that may need to be rented.
After your purchase you will receive an email confirming your space options. We send out a detailed packet to all vendors several weeks before the show with info on parking, your space assignments, load in/out and other pertinent info to make your weekend a success.
Each booth comes with one (1) 8' skirted table, 2 chairs and 2 weekend passes to the show. If you purchase multiple booths you will receive 2 passes per booth up to a maximum of 4 weekend passes per vendor. Vendors can purchase additional discounted vendor passes once they receive a purchase link or at the show during load in times at the vendor check in area.
Some spaces may be pipe and draped and others may be open areas. We lay out the floor in our discretion to present the best look for the show.
VENDOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you later realize you are unable to attend we will do our best to try to backfill your space and offer a refund but make no guarantees.
We have special rates that we personally negotiate each year at local Pasadena downtown area hotels. There are limited rooms available through www.socalretrogamingexpo.com > hotels to get our special hotel rates. We suggest you book your rooms early as discounted room blocks do sell out. There are also other hotel options on our website throughout Pasadena that are available.

Electricity, WIFI and other services are sold to Vendors directly through the Pasadena Convention Center Services team. Electricity and Wifi can also be purchased day of at the event.
In order to be in compliance with the State of California, it is recommended you apply for a California Sales Tax Permit. SoCal Gaming Expo, LLC is not responsible or liable for remittance of vendor's CA Sales Tax. All Vendors are responsible for filing their own sales tax returns with the State of CA. CA Sales Tax in Pasadena is 10.25%
